I believe in transparency on the internet, which benefits everyone. I am disclosing that there may be certain promotion shown on this sites that may endorse products or services for which I may gain credit or commission upon purchase, i.e. certain soft-ware products that have really helped me put together this website, which I would in turn recommend to a friend doing the same thing.

My personal experience

To the best of my knowledge what I’ve written is true (or in the case of past cases, based closely on what happened) and I believe it to be correct, and when I make a suggestion, I believe that to be the best approach, when I indicate that I do.

I am writing from my own experience unless otherwise shown. I have the following qualifications – BDS (Hons), DDS. MFDS RPCSG. FICCMO. MFDS RCS ED. CERT (PROS) KCL. Postgraduate Diploma – Behavioural Sleep Medicine. (U. of Glasgow.) Fellowship Orofacial Pain and Sleep Medicine (Tufts University) Boston. Diplomate; American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine Diplomate; American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Law and Professional disclaimer

I am not a lawyer (very few lawyers are dentists). Any advice, recommendations or suggestions made should not be inferred as being, or construed as being, legal advice. This is why we have lawyers to help us. Your job is to find one that you like, trust and feel knows what he or she is doing – just like dentistry, not always easy, but worth it when you do. Nothing on this site is intended to take the place of proper professional legal advice. Unless otherwise stated, the contents on this site are mine and should be read as dated when written. Like everything else, things change, including the law. What doesn’t change are values such as integrity, honesty and respect for others along with the duty of care a dentist has for his or her patient.

I am not a qualified arbitrator, in the dental arena where integrity, fairness and common sense are valuable assets, in my opinion, this is not always necessary. Whenever possible, court should be avoided. It is emotionally draining, often confrontational, expensive and doesn’t guarantee outcomes. Far better to settle before that, if possible – and that is my hope when I write a report – I want the evidence clear, to help all parties understand the facts of the matter.

The Website and any services are not for children under the age of 18 and any such use is prohibited.

I am not responsible for the republishing of the content found on this, or on other websites or media without my permission. This privacy policy is subject to change without notice.

My goal with this site is to share what I would if I were talking one-one with someone wherever possible, but please understand that in order to continue to provide this, I may do so as a ‘for-profit business’. As throughout my past, I will not mislead or make recommendations that are not allied with my value or belief systems regardless of potential profit or benefit.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me by using the contact page. It can be accessed via the menu above. I really hope that you find this site of value, remember, feedback is important to maintain quality of content and resource.

I thank you for visiting my site.
